These standards will be updated as necessary on the institution website. See Appendix F. a. If the College determines that an Employee would need to complete additional requirements as a condition of employment, the College will give written notice to the Employee and the president of SSEA of any such conditions at the time the Employee is initially hired. These requirements will not exceed the required standards defined above. b. The Employee must maintain any required licensure for their respective program during the entirety of their employment with the College.

REQUIRED STANDARDS. The Member must certify the following requirements: 5.2.1 The installation of the Generator and all equipment in the system must comply with the latest published edition of IEEE 929 and IEEE 1547 as applicable. 5.2.2 Future IEEE Standards and/or Recommended Practices: IEEE P1547.1, P1547.2 and P1547.3 are still proposed draft documents and still in working groups at the time of writing this Standard. Generators interconnected after these standards are published may be required to comply with these IEEE documents. 5.2.3 The Member’s inverter or interconnection protection system must be tested and listed for compliance with the latest published edition of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) 1741. 5.2.4 The Generator must pass the anti-islanding test in UL 1741. 5.2.5 The Member’s inverter or interconnection protection system must be manufactured after November 7, 2000. 5.2.6 Any protection settings affecting anti-islanding performance must not be adjusted after passing anti-islanding tests; and the anti-islanding device cannot be disabled or bypassed.

REQUIRED STANDARDS. Under Normal Operating Conditions, each of the following standards must be met no less than ninety-five (95%) percent of the time measured quarterly: (1) Standard installations shall be performed within seven (7) business days after an order has been placed. The Franchisee shall use due care in the process of installation and shall repair any damage to the subscriber’s property caused by installation work. Such restoration shall be undertaken as soon as possible after the damage is incurred, and Franchisee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to complete the corrective action within thirty (30) days after the damage is incurred. Should such restoration not be corrected within thirty (30) days, the Franchisee shall notify the subscriber as to the cause for the delay and the date when such action will be completed. (2) Requests for additional outlets, service upgrades/downgrades or other connections separate from the initial installation shall be performed within seven (7) business days after an order has been placed. (3) Excluding conditions beyond the control of the Franchisee, the Franchisee shall begin working on Cable Service interruptions promptly and in no event later than twenty-four (24) hours after the Cable Service interruption is reported. The Franchisee shall begin actions to correct other Cable Service problems no later than the next business day after notification of the Cable Service problem. Work shall ordinarily be completed within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial notification. If for reasons beyond the Franchisee’s control a longer time for the completion of such repairs is necessitated, the Franchisee shall exercise due diligence and effort to complete the work in the most expeditious manner possible. Franchisee’s failure to hire sufficient staff or to appropriately train its staff, or to order or maintain an appropriate supply of replacement parts, shall not constitute conditions beyond the Franchisee’s control. (4) At the subscriber’s request, the "appointment window" alternatives for installations, service calls, and other installation activities shall be either a specific time or within a four (4) hour time block during normal business hours. Nothing herein precludes the Franchisee from scheduling service calls and other installation activities outside of normal business hours for the convenience of the customer. REQUIRED STANDARDS. 3.1 The Supplier must at all times meet or exceed any Required Standards specified under this Agreement. If no Required Standards are specified, the Supplier must: (a) Deliver the Goods at least to the standard required under clause 2; or (b) Deliver the Services at least consistent with levels of performance achieved by well managed operations performing services similar to the Services and the standard required under clause 2. 3.2 The Supplier must not take any action or make a decision that may adversely affect the function or performance or decrease the efficiency of the Goods, or adversely affect the efficacy of the Services, without Digicel’s prior approval.
