Required Third Party Services Sample Clauses

The "Required Third Party Services" clause defines the obligations and conditions related to services provided by external vendors that are necessary for the performance of the contract. This clause typically specifies which third-party services must be used, who is responsible for procuring and paying for them, and how any failures or issues with these services are handled. For example, it may require the client to maintain a subscription to a particular software platform or ensure access to a specific cloud service. Its core function is to clarify dependencies on external providers, allocate responsibility for third-party arrangements, and prevent disputes arising from service interruptions or failures outside the direct control of the contracting parties.
