REQUIRED TYPES AND AMOUNTS. Developer’s financial integrity is of the interest to the City and the Board, therefore, subject to the Developer’s right to maintain reasonable deductibles in such amounts as approved by the City, Developer and/or Developer’s contractor, shall maintain in full force and effect during the construction of all Public Improvements required and any extension hereof, at the Developer’s or the Developer’s contractor’s sole expense, insurance coverage written on an occurrence basis by companies authorized and admitted to do business in the State of Texas and with an A.M. Best’s rating of no less than A– or better by the A.M. Best Company and/or otherwise acceptable to the City, in the following types and for an amount not less than the amounted listed:
