Common use of REQUIREMENT FOR RECORDATION Clause in Contracts

REQUIREMENT FOR RECORDATION. City shall record this Agreement, including all of the Exhibits, and submit proof of such recording to Owner/Developer, prior to the third reading of the Meridian Zoning Ordinance in connection with the re-zoning of the Property by the City Council. If for any reason after such recordation, the City Council fails to adopt the ordinance in connection with the annexation and zoning of the Property contemplated hereby, the City shall execute and record an appropriate instrument of release of this Agreement.
