A Facility Provider Funding Notice: (a) must be in writing in the form of, and specifying the matters set out in schedule 3; (b) must be received by the Issuer and the SF Manager not later than 12.00 noon on the Business Day which is the Funding Date; and (c) must be signed by an Officer of the OF Manager.
