REQUIREMENTS FOR BLASTING. The Owner shall, prior to commencing any blasting, obtain from the Municipal Engineer, permission to carry out the blasting operation. Any blasting operation shall be supervised on site by a qualified person. In addition, the Owner shall, prior to commencing any blasting, provide the Municipal Engineer with proof of insurance, which insurance shall comply with the requirements of this Agreement including the Schedule hereto entitled "Insurance Policies Required". The issuance of such a policy or policies of insurance shall not be construed as relieving the Owner from responsibility for other or larger claims, if any, for which it may be held responsible.
