Requirements for Novation. (a) (Preconditions to Novation): A notice under clause 6.1, and the effect of that notice under clause 6.2, is subject to the operation of clause 2.2 and the compliance by the Trust Manager with its obligations under clause 7, in relation to the Transferee Fund.
