Requirements for subcontractor. The Contractor shall ensure that all contracts with subcontractors provide the Purchaser with the same rights as the Framework Agreement and that any requirement under the Framework Agreement applies to the subcontractors' fulfilment of the contractual obligations. The Contractor may not assign subcontractors that do not accept these terms and conditions, unless approved in writing by the Purchaser. The Contractors shall, upon request, provide the Purchaser with information on how the above mentioned requirements are met in any subcontract used to fulfil the Framework Agreement.
