Requirements for the Issuance of Letters of Credit. The Administrative Borrower shall authorize and direct the L/C Issuer to name one Borrower as the "Applicant" or "Account Party" of each Letter of Credit. If the Administrative Agent is not the L/C Issuer of any Letter of Credit, the Administrative Borrower shall authorize and direct the L/C Issuer to deliver to the Administrative Agent all instruments, documents, and other writings and property received by the L/C Issuer pursuant to the Letter of Credit and to accept and rely upon the Administrative Agent's instructions and agreements with respect to all matters arising in connection with the Letter of Credit or the application therefor.
