Requirements of Law Generally. Operator shall comply with all Applicable Laws (including Environmental Laws) applicable to Operator’s performance of the Work. Owner shall comply with all Applicable Laws (including Environmental Laws) applicable to its obligations hereunder and otherwise applicable to the ownership of the Plant.
