Requirements of the Hearing. At the review hearing, the court must make findings, based on evidence presented at the hearing, of all of the following: • whether the placement is in the young adult’s best interests; • the services that have been or should be provided to the young adult to improve the placement; and • if relevant, the services that have been or should be provided to the young adult to further their education or vocational ambitions.
