Requirements Prior to Transfer. Prior to any Transfer or proposed Transfer of any restricted Warrants, the Holder thereof shall deliver written notice, a form of which is attached hereto, to the Company and the Warrant Agent of such holder’s intention to effect such transfer. If the Transfer or proposed Transfer is pursuant to clause (1)(w) or (1)(y) of the first sentence of the preceding paragraph, then upon receipt of such notice, the Company may request any or all of the following (each, a “Transfer Document”) in a form reasonably acceptable to the Company:
