Requirements Regarding Eligibility to Receive Severance Payments. Notwithstanding any of the other provisions hereof, the Company shall not be obligated to make the severance payments provided under Section 6.5(b) or (c) above until Executive has executed and delivered to the Company a general release in a form reasonably acceptable to the Company, whereby Executive confirms that he releases the Company from all claims or obligations other than the Company’s obligations to make payments as provided in this Section 6.5. Furthermore, in the event Executive fails to comply with his obligations under this Agreement (including without limitation Sections 3, 4 and 6 hereof), the Company’s obligations under this Section 6.5 shall terminate.
