Common use of Requisite Approvals Clause in Contracts

Each Seller’s execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement has been duly authorized by all necessary partnership or limited liability company action, as applicable, and will not violate or conflict with any agreement, law, rule, regulation, charter or other instrument governing such Seller’s organization, management or business affairs.
