Payment of Purchase Price The Purchase Price shall be paid as follows:
Initial Payment Interconnection Customer shall elect (and provide its election to the Transmission Provider within five days of the commencement of negotiation of the GIA pursuant to Section 11.2 of the GIP) to make either 1) an initial payment equal to twenty (20) percent of the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades (if the In-Service Date is less than or equal to five (5) years of the initial payment date); or 2) an initial payment equal to ten (10) percent of the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades (if the In-Service Date exceeds the initial payment date by more than five (5) years); or 3) the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades in the form of security pursuant to Article 11.6. The initial payment shall be provided to Transmission Owner by Interconnection Customer pursuant to this Article 11.5 within the later of a) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of the execution of the GIA by all Parties, or b) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of acceptance by FERC if the GIA is filed unexecuted and the payment is being protested by Interconnection Customer, or c) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of the filing if the GIA is filed unexecuted and the initial payment is not being protested by Interconnection Customer. If the Interconnection Customer made its milestone payments in the form of cash and the Interconnection Customer elects a cash initial payment, then the Transmission Provider shall transfer those funds to the Transmission Owner on the Interconnection Customer’s behalf.
FINAL COMPLETION AND FINAL PAYMENT 9.9.1 Upon receipt of written notice that the Work is ready for final inspection and acceptance and upon receipt of a final Application for Payment, the Architect will promptly make such inspection and, when he or she finds the Work acceptable under the Contract Documents and the Contract fully performed, he or she will promptly issue a final Certificate for Payment stating that to the best of his / her knowledge, information and belief, and on the basis of his or her observations and inspections, the Work has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents and that the entire balance found to be due the Contractor, and noted in said final Certificate, is due and payable. The Architect's final Certificate for Payment will constitute a further representation that the Contractor has fulfilled the conditions entitling him or her to final payment as set forth in Subparagraph 9.9.2 of these General Conditions.
Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, which shall not be more than 100% of the unified dues of the employee organization, shall be transmitted by the employee organization to the Board Treasurer on or about September 15 of each year during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the employee organization.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENT In addition to any Spousal Support, in the event of Divorce: (check one) ☐ - There shall be No Additional Payment made by either Spouse to the other than those listed in this Agreement. ☐ - There shall be an Additional One (1) Time payment in the amount of $ made by the ☐ Husband ☐ Wife to the ☐ Husband ☐ Wife (“Additional Payment”). Annual Payment During each calendar year, an employee may choose to receive payment for up to twenty (20) hours of accrued vacation leave or compensatory time. Request for payment may be made in November or December of each year. Such payment shall be made during the month of November or December and will be granted only if the employee has taken at least forty (40) hours of vacation/compensatory time during the calendar year. Such payment shall be at the base hourly rate only, no add-ons.
THE PURCHASER AND PAYMENT OF PURCHASE PRICE 8.1 Immediately after the fall of the hammer and upon being declared the successful purchaser of the Property, the Purchaser shall execute the memorandum attached hereto (`the Memorandum’).
