Requisition for Use by the Government of an Engine not Installed on the Airframe. In the event of the requisition for use by any government of any Engine not then installed on the Airframe, the Company will replace such Engine by complying with the terms of Section 7.05(b) to the same extent as if an Event of Loss had occurred with respect to such Engine. Upon such replacement, any payments received by the Company or the Loan Trustee from such government with respect to such requisition shall be paid over to, or retained by, the Company.
