Requisition for Use by the Government of such Airframe and the Engines Installed Thereon. In the event of the requisition for use by any government, including, without limitation, pursuant to the CRAF Program, of such Airframe and such Engines or engines installed on such Airframe that does not constitute an Event of Loss, the Grantor shall promptly notify the Trustee and all of the Grantor’s rights and obligations under this Aircraft Security Agreement with respect to such Airframe and such Engines shall continue to the same extent as if such requisition had not occurred; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, the Grantor’s obligations other than payment obligations shall only continue to the extent feasible. All payments received by the Grantor or the Trustee from such government for such use of such Airframe and Engines or engines shall be paid over to, or retained by, the Grantor.
