Common use of REQUISITION OF AN ENGINE FOR USE Clause in Contracts

REQUISITION OF AN ENGINE FOR USE. If any Government Entity shall requisition for use any Engine but not the Airframe, Lessee will replace such Engine by complying with the applicable terms of Sections 10.2 and 10.3 to the same extent as if an Event of Loss had occurred with respect to such Engine, and any payments received by Lessor or Lessee from such Government Entity with respect to such requisition shall be paid or retained in accordance with Section 10.5.2.

If any Government Entity shall requisition for use any Engine but not the Airframe, Lessee will replace such Engine by complying with the applicable terms of Sections 10.2 and 10.3 to the same extent as if an Event of Loss had occurred with respect to such Engine, and any payments received by Lessor or Lessee from such Government Entity with respect to such requisition shall be paid or retained in accordance with Section 10.5.210.5.1.
