Common use of REQUISITION OF AN ENGINE FOR USE Clause in Contracts

REQUISITION OF AN ENGINE FOR USE. If any Government Entity requisitions for use any Engine but not the Airframe, Lessee will replace such Engine by complying with § 9.2 and § 9.3 to the same extent as if an Event of Loss with respect to that Engine had occurred, and any payments received by Lessor or Lessee from such Government Entity with respect to such requisition shall be paid or retained in accordance with § 9.5.2.

REQUISITION OF AN ENGINE FOR USE. If any Government Entity requisitions shall requisition for use any Engine but not the Airframe, Lessee will will, if such requisition continues to the end of the Term, replace such Engine by complying with § 9.2 the applicable terms of Sections 10.2 and § 9.3 10.3 to the same extent as if an Event of Loss had occurred with respect 40 -35- to that Engine had occurredsuch Engine, and any payments received by Lessor or Lessee from such Government Entity with respect to such requisition shall be paid or retained in accordance with § 9.5.2Section 10.5.2.
