Resale of Advisor Equity. The Company acknowledges and agrees that it will not attempt to sell any Advisor equity until such time as the registration statement referenced in Section 16(c) above has been declared effective by the SEC, and thereafter the Company agrees not to sell, on any given trading day, any Advisor common stock in excess of an amount equal to 15% of the trading volume of such common stock on such trading day.
