Resale or Other Transfer. It is understood by the Parties hereto, that the product is to be purchased by Customer for the sole and exclusive use of the Customer, and not for resale. Accordingly, the Customer is prohibited from reselling or conveying, under any circumstances, the product, and parts of the product, or any technical information or data related to the product, to any third party, without the prior express written permission of the Seller, and if controlled under the ITAR, the permission of the United States Government.
