Resale Rights. In the event that a C-Corp LLC Owner Parent elects to request a Registration pursuant to this Section 3.3 in connection with a distribution of Registrable Securities to its partners or members, the Registration shall provide for resale by such partners or members, if requested by such C-Corp LLC Owner Parent.
