Resale Rights. In the event that an C-Corp LLC Owner Parent requests to participate in a Registration pursuant to this Section 3.2 in connection with a distribution of Registrable Securities to its partners or members, the Registration shall provide for resale by such partners or members, if requested by such C-Corp LLC Owner Parent.
