Resale to U.S. Government. All orders for resale to or services for the U.S. government will be annotated on the face of the Purchase Order as such with contract number and agency information. Seller agrees to comply with all provisions in Buyer’s contract with the government (including Federal Acquisition Regulation contract clauses incorporated by reference) that relate to or affect Seller’s performance of the Purchase Order (and, for that purpose, references to “Government” or “contracting officer” shall mean Buyer).
