Rescission of Agreement by All Member Counties. At any time, this Agreement may be rescinded and terminated, and the SMEDD may be dissolved, by a unanimous vote of all Parties. In such an event, the remaining assets and liabilities shall be apportioned among all member counties according to the relative assessments paid by those member counties.
