Rescission of Payments. If at any time any payment made by Maker under this Note is rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of Maker or otherwise, Maker’s obligation to make such payment shall be reinstated as though such payment had not been made.
