Common use of Rescission of this Release Clause in Contracts

Rescission of this Release. At any time for a period of 15 days after you have signed this Release (not counting the day you signed it), you may rescind it. This Release will not become effective or enforceable until the 15-day rescission period has expired without you rescinding it.
