Rescission Right. If to the knowledge of the Company, the conditions set forth in Section 6 shall not have been satisfied as of the applicable Settlement Date, the Company will offer to any person who has agreed to purchase ADSs from the Company as the result of an offer to purchase solicited by the Manager the right to refuse to purchase and pay for such ADSs.
