Common use of Rescission Rights Clause in Contracts

Rescission Rights. If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv) by the second Trading Day following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(f)(ii) by the second third Trading Day immediately following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

Rescission Rights. If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent the Transfer Agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or the certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(e)(i) by the second Trading Day following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise; provided, that the Holder provides the Company with written notice of the exercise of such right.

Rescission Rights. If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv) by the second (2nd) Trading Day immediately following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(e) by the second 4th Trading Day following after the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to cause instruct its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(d)(iv) by the second Trading Day following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv) by the second Trading Day following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exerciseexercise at any time on or before its receipt of such certificate or certificates, in which event the Company shall promptly return to the Holder any original Warrant and payment received in respect of such exercise and the Holder shall promptly return any Common Stock subject to any such rescinded exercise notice.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(c)(iv) by the second tenth Trading Day following after the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to, or fails to cause its transfer agent to to, transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv1(d)(iii) by the second Trading Day following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv) by the second 2nd Trading Day following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent Transfer Agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(e)(ii) by the second Trading Day following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares as required pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(e)(ii) by the second Trading Day following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates certificates, or confirmation of electronic notation, representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(d) by the second 2nd Trading Day immediately following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

Rescission Rights. If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent the Transfer Agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or the certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(e)(i) by the second Trading Day following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then then, the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise. In the event that the Holder rescinds a Notice of Exercise with 5 Trading Days of the Warrant Share Delivery Date, the Company shall have no obligation or liability for any payments payable under Section 2(e)(ii) above.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(e)(ii) by the second 2nd Trading Day immediately following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv) by the second 4th Trading Day following after the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

If the Company fails to cause its transfer agent to transmit to the Holder a certificate or certificates representing the Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 2(e)(iv2(e)(i) by the second Trading Day following the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.
