Research and Copying Fees. We may charge you $10.00 for each sales draft copy, $2.00 for each statement page copy, and $20.00 per hour of research required if you request copies of any items of documents related to your Account. If the request relates to a billing error and we determine that a billing error was made, any photocopying charges will be refunded.
