Research Assistants. Criteria Size of bonus The bonus can be awarded to research assis- tants who make exceptional efforts and demonstrate exceptional quality in performing tasks. The bonus is awarded for extraordinary efforts made during the period of employment. The bonus can be awarded in small portions of DKK 5,000 and a total of up to DKK 30,000.
