Research Contracts or Grants. During the Term of this Agreement, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ occasionally may apply for research contracts for which he would be named as principal research scientist or investigator. In such event, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall: (a) Deliver copies of such applications to Immunomedics prior to submission to the grantor or other contract entity. (b) Make such changes to application as Immunomedics may reasonably request. (c) Submit such application naming Immunomedics as grantee or contract beneficiary. (d) Allow a mutually acceptable representative of Immunomedics to be present and participate in all negotiations related to the proposed contract. All such contracts shall be subject to any internal approval process the Board may establish. The provisions of this Section 6 shall not be applicable with respect to any research contracts for which ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may apply on behalf of the Center.
