Xxxxxxxxx will provide the Company and any agent of the Company that is subject to confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than those set forth herein with full access to the Xxxxxxxxx Library and Xxxxxxxxx Botanical R&D Platform during the Exclusivity Period to perform the Research in accordance with the Research Plan.
