Common use of Research Observers Clause in Contracts

Research Observers. The Grantee agrees to accept on the Charter School’s premises research observers designated by the University to serve as observers of the activities of the Charter School, provided that the activities of such research observers shall not interfere with the orderly and efficient conduct of education and business at the Charter School.
