Research Support Collaboration. In carrying out basic research and development activities concerning the Licensed Rights and VHF vaccine during the term of this License Agreement, and any renewal thereof, the Company shall make good faith efforts to collaborate with Canada on [*] of such activities, under collaborative research agreements containing commercially reasonable terms and conditions as agreed to by the Parties at that time. Any payments made by the Company pursuant to such collaborations shall not diminish or affect the Company’s obligation to pay fees and royalties under Article 5 (Fee and Royalties).
