Research Term. The term of the Research Program (the “Research Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and end on the earlier of (a) completion of the activities set forth in the Research Plan and (b) the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Effective Date. The Research Term may be extended by the Parties’ mutual written agreement.

Research Term.
