Reseller Representations and Warranties. Further to section 8.2, Reseller represents and warrants to GeoTrust and Relying Parties that (i) it has obtained the authority of its customer to enter into this Agreement on behalf of its customer and/or to bind its customer to this Agreement; and (ii) it shall comply with and procure its customer's compliance with this Agreement.
