Reservation as to Third Parties. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit or otherwise waive any recourse Buyer or Seller may have against any third Person for any obligations or liabilities that may be suffered by or incurred with respect to the Assets, the Retained Liabilities, or the Assumed Liabilities.
