Reservation by Authority Regarding Utility Lines and Services. The Authority reserves to itself the right to install, maintain, utilize and repair existing utility and drainage easements over, under or across the Site, and to run new water, sewer, electrical, telephone, gas, drainage and other lines over, under or through the Site and to grant necessary utility easements therefore; provided, however, that in the exercise of such rights, the Contractor's use of its Site shall not be unreasonably impaired and any damage to the Site caused by the Authority as a result thereof shall be repaired without cost to the Contractor. The Authority shall be obligated to repair and fully restore any damage to the ground, pavement, or other improvements on Site resulting from the laying, installation, repair or maintenance or from subsequent leaks or breaks in the lines or services. The Authority shall endeavor to provide a two week notice to the Contractor for new utility line and service installations and prior notice, if possible, for all maintenance and repairs conducted by the Authority or its contractors.
