Reservation Confirmation. The program fee and registration must be returned to Marco Island Academy by May 17, 2019. Confirmation and follow up materials will be sent upon receipt of payment and registration agreement.

3. Pet(s) are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pet(s) on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees or charge for the replacement of damaged item.
4. All pets are to be treated with a flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
5. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from security deposit or Tenant may incur additional charges to cover the total cost to repair the damage.
6. Tenant should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors or Owner/Landlord.
7. Pet(s) will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet(s) will not be left unattended at any time unless crated.
8. Owner/Landlord assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
Reservation Confirmation. On receipt of the non-refundable payment at the specified bank account or via our Merchant Facility, we will upgrade your Tentative Reservation to a Confirmed Reservation. At this point, we will provide you with, (in writing): 1. Confirmation of your reservation 2. Confirmation of receipt of your Deposit . 3. Confirmation of the remainder of the Outstanding Balance for the Rental Period. Please contact us if you require a formal invoice with company letterhead from our villa management company. In the event that the number of people staying in the villa is increased, Villa Management must be notified via email. Your package may be revised. If additional people arrive at the villa compared with the number of people confirmed in your package we will either charge an additional amount or may refuse entry. All payments are non-refundable. This means, if you cancel your booking at any time you will not receive your deposit back. Please see section 1.5 ‘Cancellation / No Show’ for more details and also 1.9 ‘How your non-refundable deposit is allocated’ for further explanations of how your deposit is treated.
Reservation Confirmation. Reservations are not confirmed or considered “guaranteed” until a signed rental agreement and initial payment are received by Corvina Cove. Reservations will require a $200.00 initial payment (and $49 damage policy payment) if booked more than 30 days before arrival. Any reservation booked less than 30 days from arrival will require payment in full but will not be confirmed or considered “guaranteed” until a signed rental agreement is also received by Corvina Cove.

Reservations for the Community Center are considered confirmed only upon the receipt of a signed Rental Agreement in the Community Center Office accompanied by the 25% non-refundable down payment no later than three (3) business days following issuance (See Section 7 for information on rental fees and payments). If the signed Rental Agreement is not received by five (5) pm on the third business day following the date of issue, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
Reservation Confirmation. The reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received. Gol reserves the right to withhold confirmation of the ticket in order to verify the validity of the credit card purchase.
Reservation Confirmation. To guarantee visitation dates for the Visiting Client Program, Motion Project requires an initial non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of Your total invoice. Full payment will be required at Your first visit.
Reservation Confirmation i. The hotel must provide a confirmation code and advise the Cardholder to retain it in case of dispute.
ii. The hotel must provide this information verbally and, if requested, must provide to the Cardholder a written confirmation with the following information:
a. Cardholder name, account number, and Card expiration date
b. Confirmation code
c. Exact physical address of the establishment
d. Hotel Reservation Service provisions relating to the Cardholder’s obligation and e. Any other reservation details
