Common use of Reservation of Certain Rights Clause in Contracts

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each Customer expressly reserves and does not waive any rights, claims and interests it may have against Supplier, including, without limitation, Setoffs asserted for defensive purposes against any claims of any nature that may be asserted against such Customer by Supplier or any third party.
