Reservation of Common Shares; Listing. The Company shall reserve and keep available, free from pre-emptive rights, for issuance upon the exercise of Warrants, the maximum number of its authorized but unissued Common Shares which may then be issuable upon the exercise in full of all outstanding Warrants.
