Common use of Reservation of Common Shares Clause in Contracts

Reservation of Common Shares. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available, free from preemptive rights, out of its authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock or its issued shares of Common Stock held in its treasury, or both, sufficient shares of Common Stock to provide for the issuance of the Common Shares in an amount equal to the Maximum Share Amount less the number of Common Shares previously issued hereunder.

Reservation of Common Shares. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available, free from preemptive rights, out of its authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock or its issued shares of Common Stock held in its treasury, or both, sufficient shares of Common Stock to provide for the issuance of the Common Option Shares in an amount equal to the Maximum Share Amount Total Option Shares less the number of Common Option Shares previously issued hereunder.

Reservation of Common Shares. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available, free from preemptive rights, out of its authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock or its issued shares of Common Stock held in its treasury, or both, sufficient 8,200,000 shares of Common Stock (less the number of Common Shares previously issued hereunder) to provide for the issuance of the Common Shares in an amount equal to the Maximum Share Amount less the number of Common Shares previously be issued hereunder.

Reservation of Common Shares. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available, free from preemptive rights, out of its authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock or its issued shares of Common Stock held in its treasuryShares, or both, sufficient shares of Common Stock to provide for the issuance purpose of effecting the Common Shares in an amount equal to conversion of Convertible Debentures, the Maximum Share Amount less the full number of Common Shares previously issued hereunderof the Company then issuable upon the conversion of all Outstanding Convertible Debentures.
