Reservation of Common Stock and Other Covenants. (a) Reservation of Authorized Common Stock. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available out of the aggregate of its authorized but unissued shares, free of preemptive rights, such number of its duly authorized shares of Common Stock, or other stock or securities deliverable pursuant to Section 6 hereof, as shall be sufficient to enable the Company at any time to fulfill all of its obligations under this Warrant.
