Common use of RESERVATION OF EASEMENT Clause in Contracts

RESERVATION OF EASEMENT. The Landlord reserves the right, easement and privilege to enter on the Complex and Leased Premises in order to install, at its own cost and expense, any storm drains and sewers and/or utility lines in connection therewith as may be required by the Landlord. It is understood and agreed that if such work as may be required by Landlord requires an installation which may displace any paving, lawn, seeded area or shrubs the Landlord, shall, at its own cost and expense, restore said paving, lawn, seeded area or shrubs. The Landlord covenants that the foregoing work shall not unreasonably interfere with the normal operation of Tenant's business, and the Landlord shall indemnify and save the Tenant harmless in connection with such installations.

RESERVATION OF EASEMENT. The Landlord reserves the right, easement and privilege to enter on the Complex Leased Premises, the Building and Leased Premises the Condominium Common Elements in order to install, at its own cost and expense, install any storm drains and sewers and/or utility lines and distribution facilities in connection therewith as may be required by the Landlord. It is understood and agreed that if such work as may does not service the Building, then: (i) such installation shall be required by at Landlord's sole cost and expense, (ii) Landlord requires an installation which may displace any paving, lawn, seeded area or shrubs the Landlord, shall, at its own sole cost and expense, restore said any displaced paving, lawn, seeded area or shrubs. The , (iii) Landlord covenants that the foregoing work shall not unreasonably interfere with the normal operation of Tenant's business, and the (iv) Landlord shall indemnify and save the Tenant harmless in connection with such installations.

It is understood and agreed that if such work as may be required by Landlord requires an installation which may displace any paving, lawn, seeded area or shrubs shrubs, the Landlord, after providing suitable notice shall, at its own cost and expense, restore said paving, lawn, seeded area or shrubs. The Landlord covenants that the foregoing work shall not unreasonably interfere with the normal operation of Tenant's business, and the Landlord shall indemnify and save the Tenant harmless in connection with such installations.
