Common use of Reservation of Ordinary Shares Clause in Contracts

As of the date hereof, the Company has reserved and the Company shall continue to reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive rights, a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares for the purpose of enabling the Company to issue Shares pursuant to this Agreement and Warrant Shares pursuant to any exercise of the Warrants.

As of the date hereof, the Company has reserved and the Company shall continue to reserve and keep available at all timesthrough the Closing Date, free of preemptive rights, a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares for the purpose of enabling the Company to issue Shares pursuant to this Agreement and Warrant Shares pursuant to any exercise of the WarrantsAgreement.

Reservation of Ordinary Shares. As of the date hereof, the Company has reserved and the Company shall continue to reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive rights, a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares for the purpose of enabling the Company to issue the Ordinary Shares pursuant to this Agreement and Warrant Shares pursuant to any exercise of underlying the Underwriter Warrants.

Reservation of Ordinary Shares. As of the date hereof, the Company has reserved and the Company shall continue to reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive rights, a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares and ADSs for the purpose of enabling the Company to issue Ordinary Shares and/or ADSs pursuant to this Agreement and Warrant Ordinary Shares represented by ADSs pursuant to any exercise of the Warrants.

Reservation of Ordinary Shares. As of the date hereof, the Company has reserved and the Company shall continue to reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive rights, a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares for the purpose of enabling the Company to issue Shares pursuant to this Agreement and Warrant Shares or Prefunded Warrant Shares pursuant to any exercise of the Warrants or Prefunded Warrants.

As of On or before the date hereofClosing, the Company has reserved will have and the Company shall continue to reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive rights, a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares for the purpose of enabling the Company to issue Shares pursuant to this Agreement and Warrant Shares pursuant to any exercise of the Warrants.

Reservation of Ordinary Shares. As of the date hereof, the Company has reserved and the Company shall continue to reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive rights, a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares for the purpose of enabling the Company to issue Prefunded Warrant Shares upon exercise of the Prefunded Warrants and to issue Over-Allotment Shares pursuant to this Agreement and Warrant Shares pursuant to any exercise of the WarrantsOver-Allotment Option.

Reservation of Ordinary Shares. As of the date hereof, the Company has reserved and the Company shall continue to reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive rights, a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares for the purpose of enabling the Company to issue the Closing Shares pursuant to this Agreement and Warrant Shares pursuant to any exercise of the WarrantsOption Shares.

Reservation of Ordinary Shares. As of the date hereof, the Company has reserved and the Company shall continue to reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive or similar rights, a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares for the purpose of enabling the Company to issue Shares pursuant to this Agreement and all of the New Warrant Shares pursuant to any issuable upon exercise of the New Warrants.

Reservation of Ordinary Shares. As of the date hereof, the Company has reserved and the Company shall continue to reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive rights, a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares for the purpose of enabling the Company to issue Shares ADSs pursuant to this Agreement and Warrant Shares underlying the Warrant ADSs pursuant to any exercise of the Warrants.
