Reservation of Shares Issuable Upon Exercise. Company shall reserve and keep available out of its authorized but unissued Common Stock, solely for the purpose of effecting the exercise of this Warrant, such number of Shares as shall from time to time be sufficient to effect the exercise of all of the Total Exercise Amount; and if at any time the number of Shares shall not be sufficient to effect the exercise of all of the Total Exercise Amount, in addition to such other remedies as shall be available to the Holder, Company shall take such action as may be necessary to increase its authorized but unissued Common Stock to such number of shares as shall be sufficient for such purposes.
