Reservation of Stock, etc. Issuable on Exercise of Warrant; Financial Statements. From and after the Issue Date of this Warrant, the Company will at all times reserve and keep available, solely for issuance and delivery on the exercise of the Warrants, all shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock (or following the Amendment, all shares of Common Stock) from time to time issuable on the exercise of the Warrant.
