Common use of RESERVATION OF STOCK, ETC Clause in Contracts

RESERVATION OF STOCK, ETC. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available, solely for issuance and delivery upon exercise of the Warrants, the number of shares of Class A Common Stock of each class from time to time issuable upon exercise of all Warrants at the time outstanding. All shares of Class A Common Stock issuable upon exercise of any Warrants shall be duly authorized and, when issued upon such exercise, shall be validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable.
