Common use of Reservations in Favor of Landlord Clause in Contracts

Reservations in Favor of Landlord. (i) All walls, windows and doors bounding the Premises (including exterior Building walls, core corridor walls and doors and any core corridor entrance), except the inside surfaces thereof, (ii) any terraces or roofs adjacent to the Premises, and (iii) any space in or adjacent to the Premises used for shafts, pipes, conduits, fan rooms, ducts, electric or other utilities, sinks or other Building facilities, and the use thereof, as well as reasonable access thereto through the Premises for the purposes of operation, maintenance, decoration and repair, are reserved to Landlord; provided Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption of Tenant’s use and occupancy of the Premises.
