Reserve Accounts and Disbursement Requests. At Lender’s option, as additional security for the indebtedness secured hereby, Borrower shall establish and maintain the reserve accounts required by this Section 1.28, subject to the security interest therein as more fully set forth in Section 1.19 hereof.
